When and where will the Transplant Games be held?
August 2-7, 2018–Salt Lake City, Utah

Introduction
The Transplant Games of America (TGA), a biennial event that began in 1990, will be held August 2 – 7, 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah. TGA is a multi-sport event for individuals who have undergone life-saving transplant surgeries. Competitive events are open to living donors, organ transplant recipients and a limited number of corneal and tissue transplant recipients. There are non-competitive events for donor families and donation supporters.

While the event centers on intense competition between an estimated 40+ teams from across America, the event is so much more than an athletic event. The Transplant Games of America highlights the critical importance of organ and tissue donation, while celebrating the lives of organ donors and recipients, through the array of activities which occur both day and night.
